Dear Dr. Shapiro I have dealt with ear infections from 7 years of age to 47 years. It has damaged my hearing. After having bilateral mastoidectomy, I started using hearing aids. I had used Widex, phonek, phonek cross, and lastly Resound smart 3 D crossover. Due to profound hearing loss in one ear and severe loss in another ear Resound with Bluetooth capacity has changed my world totally. Thanks to DR. Shapiro to suggest Resound. I can hear much better, hold conversation and listen to TV at normal level without captions. I am so happy that technology has improved my functional capacity.
